Free shipping applies to orders over £50 (Except some nursery furniture, as detailed in the product's description)


Prams / Pushchairs / Buggies / Pram Accessory Delivery Times

Prams and pram accessories such as footmuffs and changing bags can take up to 6 weeks from order if not in stock. We will advise you of the estimated delivery time. Some of the luxury brands prams can take up to 8 weeks. Customers are advised to order early. Most brands regularly go out of stock of different models/colours across their range, randomly throughout the year.


Babygear is not liable for delayed deliveries where a pram or other product is delayed by the manufacturer or a courier. We regret we are unable to offer loans in those circumstances.

Availability Status Explained.

In-stock items are shipped out the same day if your order is received before the last collection of the day. At busy times and depending on the time of day your order is received, the dispatch time can be up to 24 hours from the time of order.

To Order means we will place an order for you with the manufacturer. These products are typically immediately available and usually take just a few days to reach us and then a day or two to reach our customers. Bear in mind not every pram or car seat, in every colour can be available all of the time, even at the factory. 

Pre Order means the manufacturer has advised us we may begin accepting orders. This is often for new product releases. Please note we have no control over pre order availability. Products are often on the high seas and can be held up by bad weather. It is not uncommon for container ships to arrive off Britain on schedule, but be unable to dock for a week due to bad weather. Followed by a Customs backlog at the port. Sometimes containers do not contain the products the manufacturer were expecting. - We will keep you updated, although some manufacturers are unable or unwilling to provide us with information of any substance.

2-3 Working Days Dispatch means the items are usually always in stock. We will always try to ship on the day of the order or the next morning. Occasionally these items may go out of stock if we have unusually high demand for them in-store and online - We will always keep you updated.

7-10 Working Days Dispatch means we will ship immediately if the goods are in stock, but the item may be very popular and regularly go in and out of stock for a day or two. We therefore give a guide time in case we have to order in more stock - We will always keep you updated.

Working Days means Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays. The manufacturers do not open at weekends, so nothing ships from them during weekends and we cannot get delivery information from them during weekends.

Once dispatched the courier service will typically deliver to most areas within 48 hours. Postal delivery are usually 24-48 hours.

Lost or Damaged orders

You must inform us within two working days of your delivery notification if goods are lost in transit, or if the item is damaged in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. for damaged items please mark “damaged” when signing. If electronic signature advise the driver, they have a procedure for that and are happy to report it.


Please quote your order number in all correspondence. 


If you fail to report a late or damaged delivery beyond what the courier will accept Babygear will be unable to rectify the problem or reimburse you for the loss.


You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Some Furniture is delivered directly from the manufacturer, unfortunately they currently only deliver to UK Zone 1 Post Codes.
